Hardware design of electrostatic levitation accelerometer control system

چکیده
Abstract The electrostatic levitation accelerometer is a high-precision inertial instrument for measuring small displacement and acceleration, it plays very important role in global gravity field measurement, space gravitational wave detection, other missions as key payload satellites. It can realize the measurement of three-axis linear acceleration angular acceleration. open loop unstable, control system needs to six degrees freedom at same time so that test mass be stably suspended center position capacitive pole plate. For demand multi-channel simultaneous accelerometer, this paper designs an eight-channel digital hardware circuit with DSP core FPGA co-processor, which data acquisition feedback freedom, writes driver using description language (Verilog), simulates analyzes timing by simulation software Modelsim. Finally, was tested onboard drive. results show work normally, average sampling error ADC 0.00198 V, output DAC 0.004 enough meet requirements.
